2. Products and contract
Morning Friday is a retailer. The products in our store are made by third-party manufacturers and are selected and sold by us. Product presentations in the store are not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation is not yet an acceptance. The contract is concluded when we send a shipping confirmation, or at the latest when the goods are delivered.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in the displayed currency and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout. Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout and is due when the order is placed.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the countries listed in our Shipping policy. Delivery times and costs are described there. If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already made.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Details, including the model withdrawal form, are on our Returns & Right of Withdrawal page. We also offer voluntary returns within 30 days.
6. Warranty
The statutory rights for lack of conformity of goods apply (2 years from delivery).
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
8. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Please contact us first at [SUPPORT EMAIL]; we will do our best to find a solution.
9. Applicable law
Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
10. Contract language
The contract can be concluded in English, German or Polish.
