Not the right fit? You can return any item within 30 days of delivery. This voluntary return promise is in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it. Please email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods that are delivered separately, the period starts when you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([COMPANY NAME], [STREET AND NUMBER], [POSTAL CODE] [CITY], Poland, email: [SUPPORT EMAIL]) of your decision by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (not any extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not be charged any fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you sent them, whichever is earlier.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal, to the return address we give you. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (for example wearing them outdoors or removing tags).
Faulty or wrong items
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the statutory rights under consumer law (warranty / legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery). Please email [SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In this case we cover the return costs.
